This website sets no tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to click.

What we actually set

• An organiser session cookie, and only if a member of the event team logs into the admin area. It keeps them logged in and does nothing else.

That cookie is strictly necessary to provide the service, so under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations it does not require consent. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no social tracker and no third-party script on this site.

What happens when that changes

If we later add analytics or an advertising pixel — for example when promoting entries — a proper consent banner will appear first, with a reject option as prominent as accept, and nothing non-essential will load until you have made a choice.

Payments

When entries open, card payments are handled on Stripe's own hosted checkout. Stripe sets its own cookies to prevent fraud; that happens on their page, under their policy.
